The company Vividot GmbH was established with its head office in Hamburg, which now, as privately-operated service provider, offers its services in the field of live communication and leisure industry.

After the company had successfully introduced its services into the American market, its first subsidiary was founded in Europe at the beginning of the new millennium. In 2005 the two business areas were separated in independent companies. The logistics part continued under the name ImageID whereas the event business formed a new company after a management buy-out of its former management.

The company was founded in 1999 as ImageID Ltd. and initially specialized in the development of innovative software solutions in the field of picture and video analysis. Soon two business areas developed for the use of the technology solutions: logistics and the events and leisure industry.
